Though I wanted to study Business, my undergraduate degree has proven to be valuable in how God speaks to me. He uses concepts I struggled with in my schooling to help me overcome my struggle in the world.

Delayed, but not denied, my graduate degree has helped me in my calling! I have a gift of taking practical steps to get things done!

Not only do I know how to get things done, I'm trained in getting them done within cost, schedule, performance and risk to satisfactorily deliver to my customers. In my 23-year professional career, I have managed tens of millions of dollars in project work. I'm able to leverage this in my entrepreneurial endeavors - all to the glory of God!

I'm a descendant of the last illegal slave ship - the Clotilda; the hatred of slavery is known in my family story and is also responsible for many omissions in my ancestry. I'm also the youngest grandchild on both sides of my family and the youngest child in my immediate family; I have experienced a tremendous amount of love from my family. Some of what I experienced as a minority in my field of study and at work - networks and systems that did not favor me that tried to keep me in a state of bondage - collided with the love I did experience. This divide between hate and love initially tore me apart and blurred my identity. But God used it for good! This breaking process made me open to learning about the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ!  It equipped me to establish the platform of Authentic Existence® - the foundational brand for Cynthia Elizabeth Creations, LLC. My healing journey, through the steps of following Jesus, showed me how to overcome the valley I was in and bridge the gap to bring unity to the places and spaces God sends me. My relationship with Him through Jesus helps me honor people, furthering my reach.

My family history, diverse educational, work and lived experiences allow me to communicate in many forms and with many people. I understand complex concepts and am able to convey them simply to any given audience for them to see the full picture and achieve their desired results. Practically, I've used this skill to develop resumes for people to secure professional and leadership jobs; to write Business Plans for small businesses, including my own, to position them for growth and success; and to produce infographics to visually show how different pieces come together to form a vision, like the one on my home page! I've also used this gift to be a beta reader, helping another author to clarify an important message to share it with the world. Putting this skill into practice positioned me to launch the 'Choose to LOVE 2024' initiative, connecting the importance of past, present and future to make a positive change in the world! It's helped me to find my own voice to share my true story - in line with the character of Christ - which is my testimony.

Although I communicate in many other forms, such as speaking, jewelry designs, and even Gantt charts, I love how writing allows me to thoroughly process my thoughts to convey concepts. My work has been featured in magazines and I have written as a co-author in devotionals. I have an inspirational blog for Authentic Existence® to strengthen faith fitness and for the 'Choose to LOVE 2024' initiative to educate people on their voting rights; both encourage people to pattern after God to contribute to networks and systems that treat everyone the way they deserve to be treated. My lifelong goal has been to write a solo book. I am close to achieving this by completing 'The Blueprint to Authentic Existence®' which will share the practical steps God gave me to be who He designed me to be to do what He has called me to do - now and forever! I am excited to share this divine design with you to live your Authentic Existence® as well! Prayerfully, this body of work will be available to the world before 2024 comes to a close!
